Efan is studying Culinary Arts Management at University of Ulster and joined us for a Hospitality placement in Thailand, for 10 months in Krabi (October 2024 to July 2025).
Why did you choose to do a placement as part of your degree?
To make the most of an opportunity that won’t appear much.
How did you first discover us?
Online research.
Were you finding it hard to find a placement?
Yes.
Did you think this was unachievable on your own?
Not entirely, however I knew my own abilities and would have been in a much worse situation had I continued to look myself.

How easy was the process from interview to getting to your placement with our help?
Total breeze, I felt no pressure as there was someone who could simply explain what was needed and then I could just do it without any excess thought.
What are you doing for your placement?
Internship at 5 star hotel doing sport and leisure and culinary.
